Damaged Parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact our Support Team as soon as possible, and we’ll sort it out for you.

To speed up the process, please include the following:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the packaging and items as they arrived
  • Description of the items received and details of any missing or damaged items
  • Where it was delivered (e.g., mailbox, porch, handed to you)
  • Confirmation if the courier acknowledged the damage
