If you think your order may be lost, follow these steps:

  • Confirm your shipping address – Make sure the address provided at checkout is correct. Delays or misdeliveries often happen due to incorrect details.
  • Look for delivery attempt notices – If you weren’t home, your courier may have left a note about a rescheduled delivery or a pickup location.
  • Contact your courier – If tracking hasn’t updated for more than 7 days, reach out to the courier for more details.
  • Allow for possible delays – Weather, high shipping volumes, or customs processing can sometimes slow things down.
